KSSA MEMBERSHIP BENEFIT:
2010 SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM ANNOUNCED
Again this year, KSSA has announced a scholarship program for the employees of association member firms and their spouses and dependent children. The applicant or the applicant’s spouse, parent or guardian must have been employed by a KSSA member firm for one year as of January 1, 2010.
This award can be used for any trade school, business school, college, or university. The scholarship recipients will be announced no later than May 1, 2010. Graduating seniors receiving the award will then be able to list this scholarship award at their graduation. There will be a formal recognition of the recipients during the KSSA Scholarship Awards & Hall of Fame Banquet, October 1, 2010, to be held at the Hotel at Old Town Coference Center in Wichita, KS. The scholarship checks will be awarded at that time.
Applications for KSSA scholarships are available online on this KSSA website, www.kssign.org. Click on the link titled “KSSA Scholarship.” The deadline for receipt of scholarship applications in the KSSA office is April 1, 2010.
